BKUS

BKUS is a Children’s Clinical University Hospital located in Riga, celebrating its 125th anniversary this year in new, modern and adapted premises. BKUS offers a wide range of medical services, including diagnostics, treatment, rehabilitation and preventive care programmes. Over the years, the hospital has developed into a leading paediatric hospital in Latvia, providing a high level of healthcare for children and young people.

FACILITIES LAYOUT AND DESIGN

The design of BKUS is intended to create a child-friendly and comforting environment, which at the same time meets high medical standards. The design focuses on warm and friendly colour palettes, playful shapes and detailed attention to children’s psychological needs, making the hospital a place where children and their families can feel comfortable and safe.

The furniture from the furniture manufacturers we represent integrated perfectly into the new hospital premises, providing both practicality and comfort. The hospital has high quality working chairs for the doctors and staff to facilitate their daily work. Comfortable and stylish furniture was placed in the common areas, creating a cosy and friendly environment for patients and their families. We are pleased to be able to provide a safe and easily accessible environment for children, which will make the doctor’s visit more pleasant.
