HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY VALID?
All our products are guaranteed warranty. This warranty is also called a legal or factory warranty. Its period of validity may vary: as with other conditions, the period is indicated in the product description or together with the bill for the product purchased, which also corresponds to the warranty document.
WHICH GOODS ARE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
A warranty is not provided if the properties of the product correspond to its description, the product is suitable for the intended use.
CATEGORIES OF GOODS SUBJECTED TO SPECIFIC COMMITMENTS
The furniture is subjected to separate warranty obligations. All furniture has a 2-year warranty from the moment of receipt of the product, unless otherwise stated in the product description or delivery note for the purchased product. The product manufacturer’s warranty is only valid if the conditions of installation and operation of the product are not violated. Once you have purchased one of these items, it must be thoroughly inspected before assembly. In case, when purchasing one of these goods, you notice that it is of poor quality, you have the right to return such goods within the term specified in the warranty documents. In this case, a poor quality product is exchanged for a quality product free of charge or the money paid will be refunded to you. If you notice hidden product defects during the warranty period, please take a photo of them and immediately send photos to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. The manufacturer of the product will then determine whether the warranty covers product defects, i. whether the defect of the goods is industrial. We will immediately inform you about the manufacturer’s decision by the means of communication specified by you.
WHERE CAN I FIND A WARRANTY SERVICE?
Seller’s THOMSON Furniture items can be delivered to the THOMSON Furniture store. You will find the store address and opening hours here. You can also send product warranties for repair by courier. The fee for courier services is paid by the buyer. We urge you to pack the product correctly so that it is not damaged during shipping. If the product is damaged during shipping, we will not be able to provide warranty service.
WHAT TO DO IF I SUSPECT THE PRODUCT IS OF POOR QUALITY?
If you suspect that you have received a defective product, you have several options:
- If the product quality defect can be prevented, you can contact the seller to prevent the product flaws. The seller of the goods is indicated in the bill of lading.
- A discount corresponding to the value lost due to defects may be applied to the purchased product.
- The product can be exchanged for an identical good quality product, as long as the product defects are insignificant or due to your fault.
- You can return the product and, if the Seller finds that the returned product has significant defects, recover the money. The refund period is 14 calendar days after the Seller has confirmed the defects of the goods.
In all cases, the goods are sent for inspection to the manufacturer and / or authorized service to identify possible quality defects. The test can take 2 weeks.
HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY REPAIR?
Repair of defects caused by the manufacturer’s fault lasts up to 3 weeks from the date of the cause of the defect and delivery of the product to the warranty service. If it turns out that the part needs to be delivered from abroad for repairs, the waiting period may be extended.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
IF YOU NEED TO RETURN A QUALITY PRODUCT WHICH WAS NOT APPLICABLE
If you decide to return the purchased product without any reason, it can be done within 14 days. The packaging of the product must be intact, it must be accompanied by all authentic labels and protective packaging, and the product must look exactly as it was when purchased. If you damage the packaging, you will not be able to return quality goods and get your money back after more than 14 days. The furniture must be returned in its original, tidy and undamaged packaging, and the assembled furniture or furniture you have already tried to put together cannot be returned. It is important to note that the product has to be in its commercial appearance and the product must be returned in the same configuration as you received it.
WHAT GOODS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
Damaged goods that have lost their commercial appearance cannot be returned. You must return the product with the same equipment and in the same condition as you received.
