Health salon in Liepāja

In medical facilities, the design plays an important role in the well-being of patients and the daily work of professionals. The Health Salon in Liepaja is a shining example of how furniture can be adapted to healthcare facilities using specially selected, easy-to-care-for and hygienic materials.

Medical furniture

The health salon was integrated with customised medical furniture, which not only provides comfort for patients, but also simple and efficient care. The interior of the clinic is mostly made of moisture-resistant and antibacterial fabrics, as well as surfaces that are resistant to disinfectants and easy to keep clean. Thanks to interior designer Žanete Zakovica-Ozoliņa, the furniture design combines functionality with visual appeal, creating an aesthetically pleasing and calming environment, which is particularly important in medical institutions.

Thoughtful functional solution

The furniture used in the project forms a harmonious ensemble where functionality meets sophisticated design. Every detail has been carefully selected to create a visually appealing and easy-to-use environment. The coffee table complements the interior with its simplicity and elegance. The concrete coffee table with central base, made of the durable Caementum material, is easy to maintain, resistant to mechanical stresses and the effects of moisture.

Seating solutions combine comfort and visual harmony. The Milo low lounge chair with padded seat and armrests offers a cosy relaxation option, while the Cube and Point poufs on aluminium legs are functional and suitable for public areas, providing both additional seating and an aesthetic accent to the space. The three-seater Bail modular sofa with metal rail base adds contemporary elegance and adaptability to interiors thanks to its modular design. Together, these elements create a flowing, harmonious environment where each piece of furniture is not just a design accent, but also a thoughtful functional solution that contributes to comfort and aesthetic enjoyment.

This project shows that, with a thoughtful approach and the right choice of materials, office furniture can also be perfectly adapted to the healthcare sector, providing sustainable and practical solutions.
