Regula

Regula is a company specialising in document verification solutions, including the verification of security features. The company offers both software and hardware solutions to help identify counterfeit copies of documents and improve document verification processes.

The company’s premises need to be suitable, taking into account the company’s scope of activity, the number of employees and other needs to feel comfortable. That is why we were happy to provide the premises of this company with furniture from our manufacturers, which was integrated into the company’s premises.

Consultation room

The consultation rooms were designed to be functional so that staff could carry out their duties efficiently. The most important features of the meeting room are the table and the meeting chairs. The company’s room has a mobile conference table with a folding top that can be compactly folded away to make room for a collaborative event if needed. TWIST&SIT conference chairs are also mobile, wheeled, height-adjustable and armrests.

The meeting room is designed to facilitate effective collaboration and discussion between participants. The room is spacious enough for participants to feel comfortable and at ease. There is space for additional equipment. The room shall have good acoustics to ensure good audibility. This may include a soft floor, sound absorbing walls or ceilings and sufficient sound insulation.

Indoor zones

Zoning is very important in office design, giving employees and visitors a separate area in which to stay and spend time. In the regulation area, an area with a modular SOFT ROCK sofa and MOBI tables was created, in colours chosen to represent the company’s visual identity. The seating area is made up of a Nova wood coffee table and TWIST&SIT armchairs.

In the open-plan space, a HUSHPHONE acoustic room was integrated, designed for 1 person to have an uninterrupted conversation on the phone. The room has an integrated shelf with power socket and 2xUSB, LED lighting and ventilation switched by a motion sensor. For the user’s convenience, the acoustic room was complemented with the SWAY active chair. The active chair follows the user’s movements and can be adjusted to the required seat height.
