The TWIST&SIT collection was created by Danish design duo Christina Strand and Niels Hvass, combining the simplicity typical of Scandinavian design with expressive, flowing forms.
The chair’s most distinctive detail is the joint between the upper and lower parts of the backrest, which forms an easily recognizable line resembling a smile. This detail gives the chair its own character and complements its ergonomic shape.
Rounded edges, soft upholstery and harmonious proportions create a visually light yet comfortable seat. TWIST&SIT fits beautifully into modern offices as well as more classic interiors.
TWIST&SIT high chairs are available in two seat heights, so they can be matched to tables and counters of different heights.
- Seat height 635 mm: suitable for work surfaces about 900 mm high.
- Seat height 735 mm: suitable for work surfaces about 1050 mm high.
The high chairs are ideal for office kitchens, bar counters, informal meeting areas and coworking spaces.
