FUNCTIONAL OFFICE FURNITURE THAT REFLECTS COMPANY VALUES

A company like Tetra Pak, which focuses on sustainability and green thinking, needs office equipment that reflects its mission and values. Tetra Pak’s mission is to work for and with customers to provide the desired food processing and packaging solutions. The company’s main commitment is to innovate, understand consumer needs. The needs of our customers are also important to us. Based on Tetra Pak’s goal guidelines, their office and office furniture must also be functional and, in short, smart.

In cooperation with the designer, the Tetra Pak office was equipped with an open-plan work and lounge area, a reception, two conference rooms and an office kitchen. The design of the office premises is permeated by nature themes. Already in the waiting area, attention is drawn to the wood. It is used not only in the production of the reception counter, but also in the decorative elements. The furniture is chosen in light shades, which creates airiness and lightness in the rooms. The office furniture selected in the project and its decoration contrast with the floor covering and wall colors. The main accents are placed in neutral gray, which can be seen in several shades, and energetic green. Green interacts with shades of gray to create energetic and exhilarating vibes.

EACH AREA HAS ITS OWN IMPORTANCE, SO CHOOSE FUNCTIONAL OFFICE FURNITURE

In the work areas we used Narbutas office furniture. We used NOVA cabinets and OPTIMA drawer units, BOXI high drawer units, ONE electric height-adjustable tables and DIVA chairs. Due to the fact that this office has a lot of storage solutions, it is very functional and adapted to each employee having their own storage space. There are also two zones between the workplaces that stand out and the common background of the room – the acoustic zone and the recreation area. The acoustic zone consists of one open-type corner and two closed-type cabinets for uninterrupted calls. JAZZ poufs with soft backs are used in the acoustic zone. The lounge area has NOVA Wood high table and TANGO chairs, as well as GIRO poufs. This type of recreation area can be used not only to take a break from work, but also to participate in short meetings and brainstorming.

Conference rooms are designed for communication, brainstorming and defining team goals. With this in mind, office furniture was chosen to create a space where it is easy to concentrate. In order to prevent echoes and absorb unpleasant noises that may occur due to the large windows and glass walls in the conference rooms, MODUS acoustic panels were installed at the ceiling, which is not only functional, but also complements the room decoratively. MOON chairs with wheelbases were chosen for dynamic meetings, so that not only is it easier to move around the room, but also to work in groups of different sizes.
