Working together with the leading architecture firm Lauder Architects, the THOMSON Furniture and THOMSON Solutions team created a modern, inspiring and highly functional workspace for the Merito Partners office.
As a manager of sustainable and innovative investments, Merito Partners focuses on future-oriented energy and real estate projects. Our goal was to bring those same values, sustainability, precision and innovation, into the office interior and the choice of furniture, creating a place where ambitious ideas can grow.
A well-planned layout and office zones that support productivity
In the era of hybrid work, an office is no longer just desks and chairs. It is an ecosystem that supports both focused individual work and dynamic teamwork. The project paid particular attention to three main zones:
1. Impressive, tech-ready conference rooms
The meeting rooms are furnished with modern, minimalist conference tables and attractive ergonomic chairs. This furniture keeps people comfortable through long presentations and board meetings, while also reflecting the company’s professionalism and high standards.
2. Cozy lounge areas and waiting rooms
Employee well-being and a warm welcome for clients are an important part of any office’s first impression. The lounge areas combine the comfort of home with high-end corporate style. The upholstered furniture here offers real physical comfort and serves as a spot for informal conversations or a short break.
3. Built-in acoustic solutions for a calm workspace
To keep the open-plan office quiet and focused, effective acoustic elements were built into the space. Sound-absorbing materials and solutions significantly reduce noise levels, prevent echo and create acoustic comfort, which directly improves employee productivity and reduces fatigue.
