Multifunctional conference rooms and adaptable design

Today’s hybrid work trends call for flexibility, so the meeting rooms were designed to adapt easily to different business scenarios. This is where comfort, acoustics and smart space planning meet.

• A dynamic setting for presentations: One of the meeting rooms has a mobile conference table on casters with a flip-top surface. In just a few minutes the room can be rearranged from a large boardroom into separate work groups or a training space.

• Comfort and mobility: The room is completed with “Babila” chairs from Italian manufacturer Pedrali, which are lightweight and easy to move.

• Corporate style: To keep meetings discreet and uninterrupted, the room has its own built-in custom kitchen.

• Elegant accents: In the second meeting room, the eye is drawn to the clean-lined “Ikon” table and the ergonomic Pelican design chairs on casters. A wine rack by Mogg adds an authentic touch that suits the company’s industry.

Ergonomic work areas for employee well-being

Employee well-being is the foundation of a productive company. When planning the work areas, the main focus was on ergonomics and the ability to personalize each workstation.

The spacious open-plan area combines fixed desks with electric height-adjustable desks. They let people work sitting or standing, which encourages movement and keeps energy up throughout the day. Ergonomic Profim “LightUp” office chairs provide excellent back support and are easy to adjust to each user’s body.

To structure the space and create privacy, we used functional storage furniture from the Narbutas range along with decorative planters. The greenery absorbs sound and improves acoustics, and it also brings in biophilic design elements that help reduce stress.

The executive office is where strategic decisions are made and important business partners are welcomed. That is why this interior was designed to balance a professional workspace with a refined spot to relax.

The office design pairs visual restraint with high-end materials. The luxury “Orlando” lounge chair serves as both a functional and decorative accent, offering an ideal place for conversations and a moment to recharge during the day.
