MedPro Nutraceuticals is a Latvian company with long-standing, strong roots in the pharmaceutical industry. A beautiful office that features the company’s visual identity can be an inspiring and productive place to work, where employees feel motivated and connected to the company’s values. The office: dividing the space into zones

An office can be divided into different zones that reflect the company’s image and values. The logo and brand graphics can be highlighted throughout the office, for example on bookshelves, furniture or decorative objects that convey the company’s message and personality. In a stylish office built around a visual identity, it is important to strike a balance between aesthetics and functionality to create a pleasant and efficient workspace. That is why the work areas are set up as individual and neutral spaces, while the lounge areas use more playful color schemes that create a more relaxed atmosphere.

The workstations are equipped with electric height-adjustable desks, acoustic partitions, mobile pedestals, a variety of storage furniture and task chairs from a Czech manufacturer.

Each meeting room has its own color scheme, so each one is furnished with different conference room furniture. The Orte conference chairs were tailored to the client’s wishes and needs: some have a swivel four-star base and others are on casters, to keep employees comfortable.

The lounge area is furnished with soft, comfortable lounge chairs by Noti and coffee tables by Bejot. A modular Combus storage cabinet, which can be configured to suit different needs and preferences, serves as a room divider. The area for informal meetings features a Follow Break height-adjustable table and height-adjustable active chairs. Right next to it is a tall Nova Wood meeting table with high stools.

The project uses both standard and custom furniture solutions. Working with the project designer, our team selected the best solutions and finishes for each room.
