Digital transformation company Emergn is one of the largest technology employers in Latvia, with a team of more than 350 professionals delivering solutions to businesses around the world. We were proud to help furnish the new office of this dynamic and ambitious company, where special attention was given to employee comfort, ergonomics and a varied work environment.
Employee needs come first
What makes the Emergn office special is that its layout and furniture were planned around the everyday needs of the people who work there: not only for focused work, but also for conversations, creative collaboration and downtime. It is designed as an open-plan office, where every element has been carefully considered to create a functional, attractive and inspiring workspace.
The office is divided into:
- Work areas with ergonomic desks and chairs;
- Meeting areas for meetings of different sizes and everyday collaboration;
- Lounge areas where employees can take a break, recharge and socialize.
Interior design
The interior is finished in calm gray tones, brightened by cheerful red accents and green plants, which gives the space a balanced, harmonious and modern feel. It is pleasant to be in and helps people stay focused and feel good.
The office is furnished with pieces from leading European manufacturers, ensuring high quality, durability and great design.
