Fanex Office Furniture Project in Riga

The THOMSON Furniture team has completed a modern workplace fit-out for the Fanex office in Riga. Fanex is a high-tech company that supplies laboratory, analytical and production equipment and provides precise metrology and testing services.

When developing the new office concept, our main goal was to combine high efficiency with a warm yet professional look. The interior was designed to match the color palette chosen by the client, with ergonomic and long-lasting office furniture throughout.

Well-Planned Zoning and Modular Office Furniture

In the age of hybrid work, one of the most important office requirements is flexibility and the ability to reconfigure the space. To divide the work areas in a natural and visually appealing way, the project includes creative space dividers.

• CHOICE modular storage series: This system works not only as practical document storage but also as an elegant way to zone the space. The CHOICE series offers a wide range of module combinations, finished with bright accent-color panels.

• Color harmony and design: The cabinet panels are easy to coordinate with desk screens, soft seating and chairs, creating a unified, harmonious look across the office.

Employee well-being and ergonomics are a priority for any successful company. The furniture chosen for this project supports good posture and keeps people comfortable throughout the working day.

• T-EASY office desks: The workstations are fitted with functional desks on a T-leg frame. The T-EASY series offers a clean design, stability and plenty of legroom.

• EVA2 ergonomic office chairs: To keep the room bright and visually light, we chose chairs with a light plastic frame and a breathable mesh back. They adapt well to the user’s movements and help people work more efficiently.
