SIA “Suppline” is a professional service provider specializing in office administration support and combined office services. The company’s main goal is to help clients streamline their day-to-day processes, significantly improving efficiency and letting them focus fully on their core business.
We, the THOMSON Furniture team, were happy to provide the office furniture solutions for the new office. The design of the space is built around a calm aesthetic that supports productivity.
Layout and design solutions
The office is divided by glass partitions that offer excellent visibility and openness while still keeping the necessary privacy in individual areas. It includes a variety of functional zones: work areas, meeting rooms, executive offices and well-planned shared spaces.
Work areas and ergonomics
The workstations follow modern ergonomic standards. Each one is equipped with an electric height-adjustable desk that encourages a more active, healthier way of working. Documents and personal belongings are kept in practical drawer units and cabinets.
Meeting rooms and offices
The meeting rooms feature large tables and ergonomic chairs, including brightly colored mobile chairs on casters that are easy to move and make the room simple to reconfigure. In the executive offices, the furniture was carefully chosen to match the office’s overall style while maintaining a high level of quality and a representative look.
Shared spaces and acoustic comfort
Special attention was given to the shared areas, namely the kitchen and lounge, which are designed to encourage interaction and relaxation among employees.
These spaces include kitchen and lounge chairs, comfortable sofas and coffee tables. Together, this furniture creates a welcoming, functional atmosphere that supports both collaboration and employee well-being.
To achieve the right acoustic environment, which is essential for productive work, effective sound-absorbing solutions were used: planters with sound-absorbing properties and dedicated acoustic wall and ceiling panels.
Curtains, blinds and glass tinting supplied by THOMSON Solutions complete the look and feel of the space, controlling natural light and sound and keeping the rooms visually comfortable.
